Excellent Villa and Perfect Location

Villa Kırmızı Lale located centre of the town. Kalkan is a small hilly town and normally you need to drive, however the villa was close by bars, restaurant and supermarkets. The villa had everything we needed and very specious and decorated with good furniture. The pool and garden so comfortable for afternoon drinks. We would definitely stay there again. We absolutely loved this villa. The owner has thought of everything! Beautiful spacious, wonderful pool and garden area, books/games and even a Wii! So close to the main area in Kalkan, but lovely and private. We will definitely be booking again. It really is perfect!!!

This Villa is very well maintained and has a very well equipped kitchen and a lovely pool. Multiple outdoor sitting areas for different time of the day depending on your preference on sun or shade. All the bedrooms are spacious with good views from the balconies. There is a well-stocked supermarket 2 minutes away and the town centre is only 10 minutes away. We enjoyed the stroll back to the villa after dinner. Yousef, the maintenance manager, is very helpful and friendly. He has contacts to arrange all your transport and sightseeing requirements. We had a great time staying at Villa Kirmizi Lale. Difficult to think of a better location in Kalkan and hope to return soon

The villa is close to restaurants, and a 10 minute walk into town. Close to the supermarket and weekly town market. Peaceful setting, with a both shade and sun in the garden during the day. The villa has everything you need, was very comfortable and clean, with plenty of space over 3 floors.

We had the luxury of having just four of us in a villa that can sleep 10, but we can imagine even with 10 there would be plenty of space for everyone. The high standard of construction and maintenance of the villa is everywhere to see - beautifully finished stone and tiled floors and walls, and the fixtures, fittings and furniture are all of high quality. The bath/shower rooms are in top condition and a pleasure to use. The kitchen is generously equipped and with a large fridge/freezer. Efficient air conditioning units are in every bedroom and in the lounge, providing welcome cooler air to aid sleep at night. Even the smallest bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage space. The owner has put little personal touches round the villa, making it feel all the more homely. The balconies are so roomy and a joy to walk around and look out from. Many times we took advantage of the facilities on the top balcony to eat and drink while watching the bustle of the town far below us, the lights twinkling round the harbour and the sun setting. Outside, the garden is beautifully maintained with a wide variety of bushes and climbing plants. There are so many places you can be depending on your mood, the time of day and the temperature. The garden furniture is very well maintained, the parasols, upholstery and cushions looked brand new. The pool was a delight to be able to slip into any time you wanted - crystal clear water, a nice size and depth to enjoy and improve your swimming. Overall, it was a dream villa made real for us, a luxurious escape, giving us memories to last a lifetime.

We love staying in Kalkan, it has everything we need for a great holiday - lovely sea, great restaurants and stunning walks. The house is well-equipped and perfect for our extended-family; lots of space inside and out! We'll be back!

Villa Kirmizi Lale was perfect for our family holiday of 7 people. The Villa is in a great location with shops, restaurants and beach all within walking distance. It is very spacious and well presented and all the bathrooms are beautifully decorated and modern. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage. The outside space is lovely with a good sized pool and lots of shady areas to relax - everyone loved the hammocks and the top terrace is perfect for an early evening cocktail. The management team were welcoming and helpful and kept everything ship shape. It gave us everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday!

Beautiful villa. Cheap taxis, a big plus to get back in the evening. Really convenient for the supermarket. Also the weekly market, well worth a mooch around. Wonderful full day boat trip, thank you for the recommendation Felicity! Very well looked after by Yusuf (and Mohamad) who met us on arrival and call by daily to tend the pool and sweep the patio. Already saving for our return visit.

Stayed at Villa Kirmizi Lale at the end of September beginning October for 2 weeks - this villa is fantastic. There is everything you could possibly need in the villa. The villa is spacious and beautifully well kept. Felicity’s management team were brilliant and very helpful and were available if needed. The villa is situated well for a stroll down into the old town and mostly a taxi back. Shops and supermarkets are very handy with the Migros being a few minutes away ( down a shortcut just past the villa). A very good butcher close by for your BBQ or a cooked chicken if you want a lazy meal at home The bathrooms and kitchen are of high quality and the bedrooms are all delightfully furnished with plenty of storage space and well lit. There are lots of restaurants within a very short walk and it is so close to the Thursday market. Fantastic views from the top terrace which has a fridge and bar facilities for lazy evenings or sit on the pool terrace and look out over the town as the sun sets. We had a wonderful holiday here and cannot recommend the villa enough it’s in a perfect location.

This is our second visit to the lovely Villa Kirmizi Lale, our trip this time was as good, if not better, that our first a few years ago. In no small part this is down to the quality of the accommodation and the perfect location in Kalkan. Felicity really does keep the villa equipped to a high standard, very well furnished and immaculately clean. Yusuf and his team were again on hand for anything we could need, including regularly supplying us with the large water drums that are then chilled in the water fountain and always ready to keep us hydrated - no trips to get bottled water from the shop needed! The kitchen is so well equipped it was a shame not to use it more, but the attraction of the great restaurants that Kalkan offers proved too great. The pool is great for cooling off and the balcony bar is great for sharing drinks at sunset - it even has its own fridge. All in all a great visit, and we look forward to returning.

Felicity's beautiful villa is perfectly located in a peaceful area of Kalkan and yet is within easy reach of supermarkets, bars and restaurants. We had hired a car, but to be honest, we didn't really need it as we could walk into town (maximum 10 minutes) and hop into a taxi (very cheap and always plenty of them) on the way back at the end of the evening. The villa has lovely views of Kalkan, and Felicity has provided everything that you could possibly need on your holiday, even a chilled water dispenser to save you carrying several bottles home from the supermarket! The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. With air-conditioning for those very hot days and nights, very comfortable sun-beds and a super-clean swimming pool thanks to Yusuf and his team, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would we stay at Kirmizi Lale again? Most definitely!

Stayed at Villa Kirmizi Lale at the end of July/ beginning August for 2 weeks - all I can say is this villa is fantastic. There is everything available in the villa you will need including pool toys. The villa is spacious and at times we were at full capacity but never felt cramped. Felicity’s management team were brilliant and very helpful and were available to help with any issue at any time. The villa is situated well for a stroll down into the old town and mostly a taxi back. Supermarkets are very handy with the Migros being a few minutes away ( down a shortcut just past the villa) The bathrooms and kitchen are of high quality and the bedrooms are all delightfully furnished. There are lots of restaurants within a very short walk and it is so close to the Thursday market. Fantastic views from the top terrace which has a fridge and bar facilities for lazy evenings. The pool is a good size and has sun most of the day and has lights if you fancy a late night swim. Highly highly recommend!!

Villa Kirmizi Lale, is set in an excellent location, close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. The pool area and outdoor seating area were excellent including the upper floor seating area which had spectacular views of the bay. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Villa
This is our second stay at Kirmizi Lale and I can thoroughly recommend this villa. The standard of furnishings are very high and the outside of the villa is stunning. The location is perfect, near enough to walk into town but a cheap taxi ride home when the legs are too tired! There are three supermarkets nearby which stock a wide variety of goods. There are also bars and restaurants close by if you don't want to venture too far to go out. Yusuf and his team are very helpful and accommodating. Felicity (the owner) is very friendly and between them they cannot do enough for you to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Already planning our third stay at this villa for next year!

There was originally 5 of us staying here but 2 went home mid-week.
It is a stunning villa with all that amenities that you could want.
Felicity who owns is a very lovely lady.
She arranged for us to have a chef visit who cooked us an amazing dinner.
I highly recommend this villa if you decide to visit Kalkan.
Kalkan is a hilly town so expect to do quite a few hills on your visit

Wow! what a fantastic villa, everything we needed for a two week stay and more. A home from home, Large airy bedrooms and 5**** bathrooms. The view from the roof terrace is amazing. The pool area is also ideal, there is space for sun lovers and hammocks in the shade......Just perfect.

Just returned from our 3rd holiday to Kalkan and stayed at Kirmzi lale villa
Felicity the owner was so helpful and made the booking and transaction so simple for us
The villa is well equipped with a lovely pool and great seating areas for eating outside, a shaded area with nice comfy furniture and a top floor view of the bay. The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to eat in some evenings
We used the barbecue one evening and had fresh squid and prawns bought locally - delicious!
The walk into the old town is about 10 mins but we also found lots of nice cocktail bars and restaurants only a 2 min walk away.
All the bedrooms in the villa were air conditioned and we can honestly say it was the ideal villa for our group of 5
It was great to meet Felicity whilst we were out there and can’t wait to return next year

Fantastic Villa
This was our 12th year in Kalkan but our first in this villa and we were not disappointed. We have previously stayed above the D400 but decided to move nearer to town this year. This villa was in an excellent position, close enough to town without being right in the centre. The standard of the villa was very impressive even down to the finishing touches. It was spotlessly clean and well kept. Easy to see how well looked after this villa is. The furnishings and some of the furniture is brand new. The bathrooms are fabulous with the walk-in showers. Yusuf and his team looked after us very well, available for help if we needed it but not around too much to disturb us. The fabulous roof terrace provided us with many a happy evenings with the fridge up there for our chilled drinks and the amazing sea view. There are a couple of supermarkets very close so no long walks for supplies! The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There is a very pleasant terrace to sunbathe on and a lovely pool to cool us off when the heat of the day became too much. We were fortunate to meet the owner, Felicity, while were there. A lovely lady for whom nothing is too much trouble. She provided us with very comprehensive and valuable information before our trip. Overall, I would give this villa five stars and have already booked it for next year. I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
