We had such an amazing time on holiday. The villa had everything you could need and more. Felicity was so helpful and accommodating even with several different transfers that were required. If you are a large group or family this villa is perfect. Close enough to town to wander down and enjoy the atmosphere. The Thursday market is also really close by making it a great location. Would definitely book again thank you so much”

Beautiful, well equipped house, fantastic pool and garden, with lots of zones to accommodate everybody.
Owner was extremely helpful and responsive with all our queries before the holiday. Taxi pickup worked flawlessly and Muhammet was there to greet us upon arrival at the villa and always available to assist throughout the stay.
Would highly recommend the exclusive boat trip booked through Muhammet.
Kalkan is very hilly, but break the walk down by stopping for drinks on the way in one of the many cafes / bars. For the return journey, taxis are numerous and amazing value with no need to barter as they all charged the same for a ride back-up the hill.
We look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a glorious 10 day stay at Felicity’s wonderful villa in Kalkan. The villa has absolutely everything and more that you and your friends and family could need for a vacation. Extremely well equipped. Super bedrooms with outstanding views and great bathrooms.
The pool is sublime (we had it heated) and just what you need after a stroll into the town.
Thoroughly recommend.

The villa is lovely and well equipped and management was easily contactable for anything, not far from amenities but be prepared for steep hills and bring good walking shoes. All in all in a fab time was had. Plenty of restaurants and other attractions close by.”

"Just arrived back from our stay in Kirmizi Lale. A fabulous traditional villa with modern fittings and lovely pool area ( with heating) Perfect location opposite weekly market and close to Migros Supermarket. Coriander restaurant ( a favourite) with us is a few doors away. Easy walk downhill to town and the beach. We walked back a few times but also took taxis. The villa has all mod cons and is really homely. We loved it"

Our party of five stayed at Villa Kirmizi Lale in Kalkan in mid-July 2026, and we had a fantastic holiday.
We were met on arrival by Muhammet, who was extremely welcoming and helpful, even arranging dinner reservations for our first evening, which was a lovely touch after a day of travelling.
The villa itself was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor. There are two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and two further bedrooms on the second floor, making it ideal for families or groups.
The outdoor space was one of the highlights. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas for everyone. There was also a dining table for outdoor meals, a separate seating area with comfortable chairs overlooking Kalkan, and, on the top floor, a balcony with additional seating, its own fridge, and breathtaking views.
Kalkan itself is just a short downhill walk from the villa. The town is beautiful, with its charming old town, picturesque harbour, and an excellent choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The Thursday market, located literally at the bottom of the hill from the villa, is well worth a visit, and we would highly recommend taking a boat trip with Ozman on Yildiz 2—it was one of the highlights of our holiday.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Kirmizi Lale and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Kalkan.
